Returns & Exchanges

At Katie Perry, each garment is thoughtfully designed and made in small batches in Sydney. We encourage customers to choose carefully, however we understand that sometimes something isnโ€™t quite right.

We offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Return Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we will offer either:

  • An exchange for another size or style, subject to availability, or
  • Store credit issued via digital gift card

Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any item available online.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email hello@katieperry.com.auย and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Whether you would prefer an exchange or store credit

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking or delivery confirmation
  • If you are requesting an exchange, your new item will be shipped at no extra cost

Please Note

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind
  • Sale items, gift cards and monogrammed items are final sale

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@katieperry.com.au so we can assist you promptly.
