COURT UPDATE: BACK TO COURT

What a way to start 2024 by going back to Federal court. Last year our successful verdict was appealed by the singer. A very emotional event for me.

So on 22nd and 23rd February we are headed back to an appeal hearing. Back to federal court, a place I didn't ever want to go back to !

During the appeal hearing, both sides will have the opportunity to present their arguments to the judges. Each side will have a set amount of time to make their submissions and respond to any questions from the  three appeal judges.

To say I am nervous is an understatement however it’s now over to the barristers on points of law. I have done my best and stood in my truth. 

I will continue to not only fight for myself, but for  all small businesses in this country. We all matter.
