For orders in Australia a standard fee of $10 will be charged and the item will be sent by Australian express post or for Sydney metro orders by Fastway couriers. All international orders a flat fee of $15 will be sent through registered Australia Post. FREE SHIPPING on orders $150+ within Australia. Orders are shipped each Wednesday.Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase:- First email info@katieperry.com.au to obtain a RA number before sending the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all labels attached and a copy of your invoice within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- Please indicate on your invoice which item(s) you are returning, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange (if exchange, please also list requested items, colours, and sizes).
- We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
- We cannot refund gift items. If you received the item(s) as a gift, you may exchange for one that is of equal or lesser value.
