Brand Ambassador Terms

There are two main parts to the KP brand — made to order and stock on hand. Twice a year our “made to order” collection will be showcased. During this time clients can choose the colours and fabrics they want any KP pieces made in. This is only provided during the selling season and production of all items takes 4-6 weeks. Stock on hand means clients can purchase the stock for immediate delivery. You are encouraged to promote, attend or even hold your very own events through-out the year. KP Events will be posted on this website. Any person you invite to these events and who then makes a purchase will be credited to your account ( see below for commission structure) Outside of these times there is also the opportunity to host an event at your home, office or charity event where Katie will attend with any current stock on hand. As above any sales made at an event created by you will be included in the commission structure Acceptance Once accepted into the program you will receive a login and password. This will allow you access to your own login section where you can view reports on traffic,referral,payments and much more. Online Every Brand Ambassador will given their own affiliate website link to promote.This url can be generated through your login section. This link will be what online commissions are based upon. Referrals, audience and commissions reports can be generated by individual Brand Ambassadors. Cookies: Every referral generated will be tracked for 30 days and commission based upon this. Social media As an ambassador you are expected to do at least one social media post per week promoting the brand. This could be of you wearing a KP piece, a shared image from any of KP business pages or an image provided by Katie Perry. There is also a secret KP BRAND AMBASSADORS group, which you will be part of, where you can support, help each other and Katie can actively answer and update you on current brand information. This is at the discretion of Katie Perry. All stock remains property of Katie Perry and if not returned in salable condition there will be a charge. If you want to purchase any of the items sent to you there will be a one off 50% discount once every 3 months. Payments Tiered commissions You receive 20% of all sales that have come through your affiliate website link. 20% at events when the Brand Ambassador is present and 10% when the client has been sent.They must mention your name at the time of purchase. $0-$599-Receive 20% of all sales as a Katie Perry voucher to be used on products $600+ receive 20% of all sales deposited to your bank account. This is based on monthly earnings 1st of each month and once paid will start again For example Jane has shared the KP events and also hosted an event at her home. In March: Her friend Tiffany has purchased $400 KP items-Jane will receive a $80 gift voucher to use on any KP product. In April: At Jane’s event her friends loved the products a purchased over $2000 worth. Jane will receive then $400 into her account Once approved, you will be asked to provide Account details: Account name, BSB, Account number, ABN/TAX. It is up to the individual whether you apply for an ABN. If you see this as more of a hobby to earn extra cash, no ABN is needed. If however you intend perform this Contract as a business an ABN and tax return will be required. All responsibility for tax is accepted by the individual. Katie Perry takes no responsibility for any tax issues that may arise. By registering to this program you agree to the terms and conditions in this Contract. If any party fails to fulfill any term of this Contract, the Contract may be terminated by the other party. Acceptance into our program requires a 90 day
