This week has been one of those weeks when everything either went fantastically or fell flat.
It started with having a fantastic girl in for work experience. It has been such a pleasure working with someone who takes each task seriously and gets it done. As a team I have been able to tick of tasks that have been on my to-do list for weeks-Thanks so much Jordan.

Then the week came to a crash literally with my computer crashing on me. It was one of those moments when I actually had to stop and think about what I could do that wasn’t computer related-no emails, no printing. It actually made me realise firstly how much I rely on my computer but also what a time waster it can be. So part of my new plan is to have a day a week that is away from the computer (I can cheat though as I have a Blackberry) So I will let you know how I go with that!!

So after coming to terms without the computer I then received news that I had been selected as a finalist for the 2threads Fashion Awards.
You can only imagine how excited I am to get recognition for the label and the work I do as a designer rather then just because my name is similar to some pop star!!
