“Citizen of the World” - Katie Perry the Designer 

Katie’s life has taken her to many corners of the world. She is proud to call Sydney home and considers herself               privileged to have lived on four continents - Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia.

 Fashion runs in Katie’s blood. Her mother Suzanne worked closely with the Benetton brothers in London in the 70’s before launching her own label. She dressed celebrities like Princess Diana and Paul McCartney.

Katie has worked as a stylist, manager and buyer for labels and stores such as Brown’s, South Molton St in London, as well as Jag, Oroton and David Jones in Sydney. After gaining valuable insight into the business and commercial side of the fashion world she made the decision to follow her dream of creating her own fashion label.

In line with her own philosophy the label practises ethical business and social principles.She is continually involved in charity events and from the start of the busines set up by donating to her chosen charities.
